David Lockwood is an entrepreneur, author, communicator, and lifelong learner. He is passionate about values, leadership, and cultural transformation through systems and processes. During the 2008 recession, he built an independent automotive dealership and service center from scratch that grew to include interstate transport, recovery, and export. Today David consults executive leadership teams for corporations and NGOs helping them engage their values and grow through the development of healthy organizational culture. David speaks to international audiences in English and Spanish and is the author of Business Laws from Proverbs, a primer on leadership values.
Together, David and his wife Carolina drafted the Lockwood Donis Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to leadership development, women’s empowerment, and sustainable social entrepreneurship projects in the Americas. To date, 14,600 leaders in seven countries have been trained in personal and professional growth.
David holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Regis University, a Master’s in Theology from Liberty University, and a Certificate of Innovation and Critical Thinking from Duke. He studies divinity at The King’s University in Texas and is a Chaplain Corps Officer for the United States Naval Reserve.
